Anabolik+ · Interactive protocol model · educational tool · bring your own compounds

Every knob on the protocol — and what it does to you.

Anabolik+ puts every lever in one place: anabolics, ancillaries, peptides, and the rest of the modern stack. Dial in your compounds and doses and watch two things at once — how the compounds interact with each other as their levels build, stack, and offset, and, more importantly, how they interact with you: the blood markers they push, pull, and cancel out, read against your own latest lab values.

Your compounds

Add each compound in your protocol. Library entries carry a typical half-life and modeled blood-marker effects; custom entries draw a level curve from the half-life you give, with no marker impact modeled. Set a dose to zero — or switch a card off — to leave it out of the scenario.

Your cycle window

Set how long the cycle runs — anything from 1 to 52 weeks — and anchor the model to your own calendar. Day 0 is the first day of the window — compounds are modeled as starting then, so you can watch accumulation. Add a planned blood-draw date and it is marked on the chart and timeline.

8-week level curves

Drag the timeline or press play. Each compound is indexed to its own steady state = 100, so the lines show shape and accumulation — not cross-compound potency. Injectables are spread evenly across each week; orals and peptides are dosed daily.

Day 1
Model boundary: These curves are a simplified one-compartment model in relative units, with an absorption lag added for readability. They are illustrative only — not measured serum concentrations, not a dosing recommendation, and not a substitute for real lab work.

Your latest blood panel

Type in the values from your most recent lab work — by hand, exactly as they appear on your report. This version has no file upload and no automatic reading of results. The moment a value is in, the marker cards below track the modeled impact of every change you make against your own numbers instead of a generic reference range. Leave a field blank to keep the reference range on that card.

Private by design: everything on this page runs locally in your browser. Your compounds, doses, and lab values are never sent anywhere, never stored on a server, and are gone when you close the tab.

Blood-marker impact panel

Expected directional effects for the scenario you built above. Every score and per-compound contribution recalculates as you add compounds, move dose sliders, or flip ancillaries. Values entered in “Your latest blood panel” above appear on each card, so the impact is read against your own labs.

Read this as direction, not destiny. These are expected directional effects drawn from published literature and community clinical experience — not predictions of your personal lab values. Your actual numbers come from your own blood work. The 0–100 index ranks how strongly a marker tends to respond in this scenario; it is not a probability and not a forecast value.

Make your draw count

Wherever your panel falls in the window, a few habits make the result far easier to interpret against a model like this one.

  • 1
Draw before injectingOn an injection day, blood first preserves the trough read — the cleanest comparison between panels.
  • 2
Ask for sensitive LC-MS/MSEspecially for estradiol while a 19-nor is on board, because immunoassay cross-reactivity can inflate E2.
  • 3
Add cystatin C if kidney function mattersIt gives a cleaner kidney read than creatinine when muscle mass is changing.
  • 4
Bring home BP and resting-HR readingsRepeated seated readings beat a single anxious in-office number.

Common bail signals

Widely used thresholds that turn a marker tendency into a decision point. Define your own lines with your clinician before you start, not after a result surprises you.

  • H
Hematocrit above 52%Especially if the rise is sustained rather than a single dehydrated reading.
  • L
HDL below 40 mg/dLA key floor for androgen load, even at low weekly doses.
  • B
BP sustained above 150/95Or resting heart rate up 10–15 bpm over your own baseline, sustained.
  • A
Assay artifact is not a symptomA high immunoassay E2 on a 19-nor needs the LC-MS/MS result before it drives action.
